Shipping

Domestic Shipping (Australia):

  • We endevaour to process all orders within a day, however we are only a small business and sometimes processing may stretch out to a week during busy periods.

  • Standard shipping delivery times vary depending on your location, usually ranging from 3 to 7 business days. We do not offer express shipping, but feel free to email us and we may be able to assist you.

International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping, if you have any trouble please email us.

  • We operate exclusively through Australia Post, they will dispatch parcels to your local or national postal service who will then deliver the package to you.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

If you find your purchase is faulty, we will accept returns within 30 days of dispatch for domestic orders and within 60 days for international orders. Please email us if you have any issues with your product(s) and we will do what we can to remedy the situation.

Domestic Returns (Australia):

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at chloehaydensmerch@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and unworn.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

  • In the instance of an exchange or return for any reason other than a faulty product, shipping costs will fall on the customer.

International Returns:

  • For international returns, please contact our customer service team at chloehaydensmerch@gmail.com within 60 days of dispatch to initiate the return process.

  • For any reason other than a faulty product, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Returned items must be in their original condition and unworn.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days, excluding any shipping charges that may apply.
